Man is it FANTASTIC to have school done for the semester. (Well almost I have one more final tomorrow but that one doesn't really count...its music theory. Who needs to study for music theory?) All of my finals were jammed into one week and I thought I was going to go crazy! It was all worth it though when I got to go out to Victoria to visit my family with Sydni. (Thanks again Aunt DeeAnn, such a fun trip) We started it off by going on a boat tour around the harbor.
Next we went to fisherman's wharf to enjoy some lovely lunch and feed the seals that hang out there.
They are SO FAT!!!!
Easter Sunday we went to Butchart gardens (pronounced boo-shark not butt chart...haha). It was absolutely beautiful and the best possible way to forget the ugly brown winter land I live in.
There are about a bazillion photos of Syd, Bryson and I posing with statues. This one is my favorite.
Now to appreciate this next adventure you must have been to Maui and on the road to Hana. Absolutely beautiful drive but the road is so winding that after about 10 minutes you are ready to throw up your lunch. Totally worth it though. We eventually made it to the beautiful Botanical Beach. It was incredibly gorgeous and there were some cool tide pools.
After our beach adventure my camera died so I was unable to get pictures of our trip to Hatley Park and Craigdorroch Castle. Just picture this...peacocks, gardens, history and cool castles. Awesome.
Well I don't know how exciting my summer is going to be since my dear Scott left me! Don't worry I will eventually forgive you. :) But I will try to have some blog worthy adventures.
